All prices are per room, per night, and all rooms will have linens supplied. You choose your own roommates, not us! For details, please visit Housing.

Pre-purchased meals are available as shown below. All Zimfest participants staying in the dorms are encouraged to purchase meals in order to assist dining services in their meals planning. For details, please visit Dining.

New: All evening concerts are "by donation" to allow all Zimbabweans to participate in compliance with visa regulations. Please donate the recommended amount ($20/adult; $10/child) so we can continue this approach. 

Performers eligible for complimentary entrance must ensure their names are on their band roster before the festival starts, and will not need a ticket for the concert they wish to attend for free. Purchasers of concert tickets only are not required to pay the registration fee. For details, please visit Evening Concerts.

To student group leaders: Please do not register members in any one performing or student group for more than half the maximum enrollment of any specific workshop. See Scheduling Private Workshops for an alternative.

If you are registering for one or more "By Donation" workshops, the session for that workshop will be listed below, along with a suggested donation amount. Due to visa regulations, these workshops must be offered free of charge for Zimfest to legally pay the teachers honoraria for their academic services. We ask for your donations so that the festival can recoup the cost of offering workshops by these talented artists now and in the future. For details, visit By Donation Workshops.

Reminder: Please print and bring your registration confirmation email with you to the festival. There will be no printed packets for participants.
